July 30, 2014: Sabrin Mohammed Abu Khusa, 32, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired missiles at a home belonging to her father, Mohammed ‘Atiya Abu Khousa, 47, in Zawaida village, in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza Strip, also leading to the death of her daughter, Shahed, 9, and her son, Mohammad, 2, in addition to her mother, Sabah Mubarak Abu Khusa, 50.
Sabrin’s husband, Ibrahim Suleiman Abu Khusa, 36, who was seriously injured in the Israeli bombardment, died from his wounds nine days after the attack.
The Israeli missiles also killed Sabah’s grandchildren, Yazan Imad Abu Khousa, 4, Rital Bashir Abu Khusa, 7 months, and Jana Bilal Abu Khusa, 1. The bombarded property was a three-story house which was reduced to rubble.
At Least 103 Palestinians were killed on the same day, due to ongoing Israeli bombardment and shelling, targeting various Palestinian communities across the Gaza Strip. Sabrin was from Deir al-Balah. Source: Mezan Center for Human Rights
