July 10, 2014: Mahmoud Lutfi al-Haj, 52, was killed by Israeli missiles fired at his 100 square/meter house, and several nearby buildings, in the densely-populated Khan Younis refugee camp, in Khan Younis city, the southern part of the Gaza Strip, completely destroying the house, and also killing his wife, Basma, 51, three sons, Omar, 20, Tareq, 18, Sa’d, 16, and three daughters, Najla’, 29, Asma’, 22, and Fatma, 14, while 23 Palestinians, including children, were injured due to the bombing which also destroyed nearby homes.
