July 10, 2014: Basma Abdel Qader Al-Haj, 51, was killed by Israeli missiles fired at her family’s 100 square/meter house, and several nearby buildings, in the densely-populated Khan Younis refugee camp, in Khan Younis city, the southern part of the Gaza Strip, completely destroying the house, and also killing her husband, Mahmoud, 52, three sons, Omar, 20, Tareq, 18, Sa’d, 16, and three daughters, Najla’, 29, Asma’, 22, and Fatma, 14, while 23 Palestinians, including children, were injured due to the bombing which also destroyed nearby homes.
