January 17, 2017: Nidal Daoud Mahdawi, 44, was killed by Israeli soldiers at a military roadblock near Tulkarem, in the northern part of the West Bank, after the soldiers claimed he attempted to stab them. A video of the incident shows the Nidal standing near an electricity pole, and when a soldier fired a round near him he started walking towards the soldiers who fired several other rounds, and then he started running towards them before they fired the fatal shots.
