July 07, 2023: Mahdi As’ad Al-Hilo, 20, was killed in an accidental explosion in Tulkarem, in the northwestern West Bank.

The Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, said in a statement that Mahdi was one of its members.

The Al-Quds Brigades added that Mahdi was killed during “preparation and readiness.”

On the same day, Israeli soldiers killed Abdul-Jawad Hamdan Saleh, 24, in Um Safa village, north of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank’s central part.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the slain Palestinian Abdul-Jawad Hamdan Saleh succumbed to profoundly serious wounds at the Istishari hospital in Ramallah.

The Health Ministry added that soldiers shot Abdul-Jawad, from Aroura village, northwest of Ramallah, with a live round in the chest.

Earlier in the morning, Israeli soldiers killed Hamza Moayyad Maqbool, 32, and Khairi Mohammad Shahin, 33, and injured three others after the army and its undercover forces invaded Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.

On Thursday, one Israeli soldier, Shilo Yosef Amir, 19, was killed after a Palestinian opened, Ahmad Hilal Ghethan, during an exchange of fire at an Israeli military roadblock near Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, before the soldiers fatally shot him.

On Tuesday dawn, Israeli soldiers killed Odai Ibrahim Khamaisa, 22, in Jenin City, bringing the number of slain Palestinians in Jenin to ten on the second day of the Israeli offensive. Khamaisa was from Al-Yamoun town, west of Jenin.

In related news, the soldiers fired many gas bombs at displaced Palestinian families sheltering in the yards of Khalil Suleiman governmental hospital in Jenin, causing many injuries.

On Monday night, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of a Palestinian teen, Mustafa Nidal Al-Qassem, 17, whom Israeli soldiers shot during the offensive on Jenin.

He was the nineth Palestinian the soldiers kill in Jenin, after the army killed eight earlier Monday, in addition to wounding more than 100, twenty seriously.

The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the eight slain Palestinians as Samih Firas Abu Al-Wafa, 21, Aws Hani Hannoun, 19, Husam Mohammad Abu Theeba, 18, Noureddin Husam Marshoud, 16, Mohammad Mohannad Shami, 23, Ahmad Mohammad Al-Amer, 21, Ali Hani Al-Ghoul, 17, and Majdi Ar’arawi, 17.

The Israeli military spokesperson said Israel still has ten targets to achieve in its Jenin refugee camp offensive and said the soldiers have abducted about 120 young men.

In a press conference, the spokesperson said that the army estimated that there are 300 Palestinian fighters in Jenin and added that it has a list of names of about 160.

Hundreds of Palestinian families were displaced from their homes in the refugee camp and went to the nearby Jenin governmental hospital and mosques after the army ordered them to leave as it continues its offensive.

Israeli military bulldozers and missiles caused excessive damage to homes and buildings, and bulldozed streets, in addition to destroying cars, and blocking access to the refugee camp, and attacking ambulances, medics and journalists.

Furthermore, the soldiers killed Mohammad Emad Hassanein, 21, at the entrance of the Al-Biereh city in the central West Bank.

July 07, 2023: Khairi Mohamad Shahin, 34, was killed by Israeli soldiers who also killed another Palestinian, and injured three others, after the army and its undercover forces invaded Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.

The Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed that the soldiers killed Hamza Moayyad Maqbool, 32, and Khairi Mohamad Shahin, 34.

Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department of the Palestinians Red Crescent Society (PCRS) in Nablus, said the PRCS dispatched four ambulances to the area before they evacuated the wounded and the two slain young men to a hospital in Nablus.

The invasion started when more than fifteen undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated the Al-Habla and Al-Faqqous neighborhoods in Old City before several armored military vehicles invaded Nablus.

Media sources said dozens of soldiers surrounded a home before using loudspeakers, ordering two Palestinian to surrender.

The two were shot dead by Israeli military sharpshooters who stormed homes and occupied rooftops.

Palestine TV correspondent said the two Palestinians exchanged fire with the soldiers for about two hours and were killed after leaving the home, trying to get into another property, and added that the soldiers used expanding bullets.

Three Palestinians were also injured by Israeli army fire in the Old City; one of them was shot with live fire in the back and the leg, suffering moderate wounds, and another was shot with a gas bomb to the face.

The Israeli army claimed the Palestinians opened fire at a military base atop the Jirzim Mountain in Nablus, a day earlier.

During the invasion, Palestinian resistance fighters detonated an explosive charge near one of the invading military vehicles in the Old City.

The army also abducted three Palestinians from their homes before the military vehicles withdrew from Nablus.

July 06, 2023: Ahmad Hilal Ghethan, 19, was killed by Israeli soldiers after fatally shooting a soldier at an Israeli military roadblock near Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

The shooting occurred near the illegal Kedumim colony, built on Palestinian lands near Kufur Qaddoum town, east of Qalqilia.

Israeli sources identified the soldier as Shilo Yosef Amir, 19, of the Givati Reconnaissance Battalion, was from Kibbutz Merav in the northern part of the country.

Israeli daily Haaretz quoted a security source stating that, after the shooting, one of the colony’s patrols “spotted a suspicious car” and called the army before the 19-year-old Palestinian, Ahmad Hilal Ghethan, “opened fire at the soldiers and fled on foot, but they chased him and fatally shot him.”

In a statement, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas movement, claimed responsibility for the shooting and said it was a natural response to the Israeli aggression and crimes against the Jenin refugee camp and the Palestinian people in every part of Palestine.

“This is a message to the criminal Smotrich (Israeli Finance Minister, far-right ultranationalist colonizer Bezalel Smotrich), telling you that Al-Qassam almost knocked on your door,” Al-Qassam said, “We promise you more resistance; those who plant death and destruction against our people will only reap death and defeat….”

After the shooting, dozens of soldiers invaded Qibya village, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, where Ahmad lived with his family, and abducted his father, Hilal Ghethan, his older brother, Mohammad, and his sister, Sanari, 25. The army released Mohammad after interrogating him for several hours.

Khadra Ghethan, the slain Palestinian’s mother, said the soldiers invaded and caused serious damage to her home and interrogated the family before abducting her daughter Sanari, a married mother of two children, 3 and 4 years of age.

Many Palestinians protested the invasion before the soldiers shot two young men with live fire and caused several Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The soldiers also fired live rounds at a car of a photojournalist, Karim Khamaisa, shattering its rear windshield.

Furthermore, illegal Israeli colonizers closed many roads in the northern West Bank and attacked many Palestinian cars and ambulances, causing damage,

Ramez Abdullah, the director of the Darwish Nazzal governmental hospital in Qalqilia, said the colonizers attacked an ambulance transporting a seriously injured infant to the hospital, shattering its rear windshield.

Abdullah said the ambulance was transporting an infant, who fell and suffered a skull fracture and hemorrhaging, to the hospital and tried to prevent it from reaching its destination.

Also, Israeli colonizers attacked many cars in Huwwara town, south of Nablus, causing damage and wounding at least one Palestinian.

In Salfit, in the central West Bank, Israeli colonizers attempted to invade Hares town, west of the city, but the locals intercepted their attack before Israeli soldiers invaded the town, closed its entrance, and fired many live rounds and gas bombs, causing many Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The Palestinian Health Ministry added that the soldiers shot Jawad with a live round in the head near the Cinema Junction in Jenin City.

On the same day, the soldiers killed Abdul-Rahman Hasan Sa’abna, 22, in Jenin, bringing the number of slain Palestinians in Jenin in just two days to 12, in addition to more than 140 injuries, including 30 who suffered serious injuries.

In addition, the soldiers shot three Palestinians with live fire in the Silat Al-Harithiya town, west of Jenin, after the army invaded it.

Furthermore, an Israeli military drone fired a missile at Palestinians in the Eastern Graveyard in Jenin, wounding three young men who were rushed to a hospital in the city.

The Israeli army continued its offensive on Jenin and deployed dozens of armored vehicles in Jenin city, around the Jenin refugee camp, and all surrounding villages and towns.

The Health Ministry said Israeli soldiers have killed twelve Palestinians, including five children, and injured more than 140, including 30 who suffered life-threatening wounds, in the first two days of the Israeli military offensive in Jenin.

Also, Israeli sources have confirmed that one Israeli soldier was killed Tuesday during an exchange of fire with Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin.

Israeli Army Spokesperson’s Unit said in a statement that, on Tuesday evening, said the soldier was killed with live fire during exchanges of fire with Palestinian fighters in Jenin. The soldier was taken to hospital in critical condition for medical treatment but was pronounced dead.

The Health Ministry added that Israeli soldiers injured three Palestinians, two seriously, after shooting them with live fire in the inner yards of the Khalil Suleiman Hospital in Jenin.

The soldiers also caused dozens of Palestinians, including patients, in the hospital and Ibn Sina Hospital to suffer the effects of tear gas.

In addition, the soldiers also fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades at the Khalil Suleiman hospital, causing many Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Furthermore, the soldiers shot five Palestinians, including one child, with live fire and rubber-coated steel bullets at the entrance of Kafr Dan town, west of Jenin, and attacked protesters in Mothallath Ash-Shuhada village, south of Jenin.

In addition, the soldiers shot three Palestinians with live fire in the Silat Al-Harithiya town, west of Jenin, after the army invaded it.

Earlier same day, the Health Ministry said killed Jawad Mujahed N’eirat, 22, from Meithalun town, south of Jenin.

It added that the soldiers shot Jawad with a live round in the head near the Cinema Junction in Jenin City.

Furthermore, an Israeli military drone fired a missile at Palestinians in the Eastern Graveyard in Jenin, wounding three young men who were rushed to a hospital in the city.

The Israeli army continued its offensive on Jenin and deployed dozens of armored vehicles in Jenin city, around the Jenin refugee camp, and all surrounding villages and towns.

The Health Ministry said Israeli soldiers have killed twelve Palestinians, including five children, and injured more than 140, including 30 who suffered life-threatening wounds, in the first two days of the Israeli military offensive in Jenin.

Also, Israeli sources have confirmed that one Israeli soldier was killed Tuesday during an exchange of fire with Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin.

Israeli Army Spokesperson’s Unit said in a statement that, on Tuesday evening, said the soldier was killed with live fire during exchanges of fire with Palestinian fighters in Jenin. The soldier was taken to hospital in critical condition for medical treatment but was pronounced dead.

He was later identified as David Yehuda Yitzhak, 23, from Beit El illegal colony near Ramallah, in the central part of the occupied West Bank.

On Monday night, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of a Palestinian teen, Mustafa Nidal Al-Qassem, 17, whom Israeli soldiers shot during the ongoing offensive on Jenin. The slain teen is the tenth Israeli soldiers killed Monday; nine in Jenin and one near Ramallah.

He was the nineth Palestinian the soldiers kill in Jenin, after the army killed eight earlier Monday, in addition to wounding more than 100, twenty seriously.

The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the eight slain Palestinians as Samih Firas Abu Al-Wafa, 21, Aws Hani Hannoun, 19, Husam Mohammad Abu Theeba, 18, Noureddin Husam Marshoud, 16, Mohammad Mohannad Shami, 23, Ahmad Mohammad Al-Amer, 21, Ali Hani Al-Ghoul, 17, and Majdi Ar’arawi, 17.

Hundreds of Palestinian families were displaced from their homes in the refugee camp and went to the nearby Jenin governmental hospital and mosques after the army ordered them to leave as it continues its offensive.

Israeli military bulldozers and missiles caused excessive damage to homes and buildings, and bulldozed streets, in addition to destroying cars, and blocking access to the refugee camp, and attacking ambulances, medics and journalists.

July 04, 2023: Abdul-Wahab Khalayla, 20, was killed by an Israeli after he reportedly rammed several Israelis with his car and stabbed one pedestrian in Tel Aviv.

Israeli sources said nine Israelis were injured in what they dubbed a car-ramming and a stabbing attack by the Palestinian on Pinchas Rosen Street in Tel Aviv before the Palestinian was shot dead.

The Jerusalem Post said that, according to social media footage, Abdul-Wahab was killed after he ran over several Israelis with a car and stepped out of the vehicle before stabbing one in the neck.

The Jerusalem Post said an Israeli civilian at the scene fatally shot the Palestinian before paramedics arrived and started treating the wounded Israelis.

The Israeli Ynet News said a security camera footage shows the car the Palestinian was driving crashing into a bus stop, striking several Israelis, before he climbed out of the car window and chased onlookers while carrying a knife.

The Ynet quoted the police stating that the car veered onto the bicycle land and the sidewalk before striking pedestrians.

A video from the scene shows the Israeli executing the Palestinian by shooting at least three times, within a few seconds between each shot, after he was already shot and lying on the street bleeding.

Israeli daily Haaretz said one of the wounded Israelis is a pregnant woman, 46 years of age, who suffered serious wounds, two Israelis in their thirties sustained moderate wounds, and two were mildly injured due to the impact with the vehicle.

Israeli emergency services said that three Israelis suffered serious wounds, and four others with sustained bruises from the impact of the car.

Haaretz quoted Tel Aviv Police District Commander Ami Eshed stating that the incident was a deliberate attack and that the Palestinian appears to have acted alone, but the police are trying to find out if he was accompanied by anybody else.

Haaretz also said that, according to the Shin Bet security service, the Palestinian “entered Israel without a permit, and had no security background.”

Shortly afterwards, the police detained several Paletinians believed to be involved in the incident and said that Abdul-Wahab’s background and affiliations are currently under investigation.

A few hours after the incident, the abducted his father and his brothers who work inside the Greenline. 

The soldiers also closed the main entrances of the As-Samou’ town, south of Hebron, the hometown of the slain young man.

It is worth mentioning that the Israeli security agency first claimed Abdul-Wahhab’s brother, Hussein, was the slain Palestinian but later said the deceased is Abdul-Wahab.

Far right-wing Israeli “National security Minister” Itamar Ben-Gvir, who also led the fanatic Jewish Power Party, praised the Israeli who killed the Palestinian and described his as a hero.

The Hamas movement claimed that the Palestinian was one of its members and added that the attack comes in retaliation to the ongoing Israeli offensive in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Islamic Jihad movement also said the attack is a natural response to the Israeli onslaught on Jenin.

July 03, 2023: Mustafa Nidal Al-Qassem, 17, was killed by Israeli soldiers in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed Mustafa’s death and said Israeli soldiers shot him with live fire during the ongoing offensive on Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp.

The slain teen is the tenth Israeli soldier killed Monday; nine Palestinians were killed in Jenin and one near Ramallah.

The Health Ministry said the Palestinian medics rushed Mustafa to the Jenin governmental hospital, but he succumbed to his serious wounds.

Earlier Monday, the soldiers killed eight Palestinians, and injured more than 100 injuries, at least twenty seriously.

During the offensive, the army caused serious damage to many Palestinian homes and cars in the Jenin refugee camp, while the soldiers were damaging walls to move between homes in the densely populated refugee camp.

The Israeli army also ordered hundreds of families to leave their homes in the refugee camp after threatening to bomb their homes.

Th families were forced to seek shelter in hospitals in Jenin city and in the Hall of the Jenin City Council.

The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the eight slain Palestinians as Samih Firas Abu Al-Wafa, 21, Aws Hani Hannoun, 19, Husam Mohammad Abu Theeba, 18, Noureddin Husam Marshoud, 16, Mohammad Mohannad Shami, 23, Ahmad Mohammad Al-Amer, 21, Ali Hani Al-Ghoul, 17, and Majdi Ar’arawi, 17.

The Israeli army also continued its siege on the refugee camp, in addition to preventing medics and journalists from entering it.

Furthermore, the army pushed more armored vehicles into Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp, while its armed drones continued to hover over the area.

The Israeli army deliberately targeted electricity transformers and poles to ensure a blackout in Jenin refugee camp and its surrounding areas, and also attacked medics, ambulances, journalists, and media centers.

Israeli Ynet News quoted Israeli officials stating that the offensive in Jenin will continue for another day to “achieve the goals for which the operation began.”

The official, according to Ynet News said that the made achieved what was described as considerable achievements in the refugee camp and located what it alleged explosive laboratories and weapons and added that “more goals Israel’s security apparatus wants to achieve,” before concluding the offensive.

The Israeli army also abducted dozens of Palestinians during the offensive in Jenin.

On the same day, the soldiers killed Mohammad Emad Hassanein, 21, at the entrance of the Al-Biereh city in the central West Bank.

Hassanein, from Gaza but lived with his family in Ramallah, was a former political prisoner, and was recovering from gunshot wounds he suffered before the soldiers abducted him on May 15, 2019.

At the time, the soldiers shot him in the right leg, causing serious muscle and nerve damage, and he has since been receiving treatment to regain the full function of his leg.

July 03, 2023: Majdi Ar’arawi, 17, was killed by Israeli soldiers invading the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank city of Jenin. The soldiers shot him in the head.

He is one of eight Palestinians killed by the army, and more than fifty injured Palestinians, ten seriously, including gunshot wounds to the head and the back.

The offensive started when Israeli war jets and drones fired many missiles before more than 200 armored Israeli military vehicles, including bulldozers, invaded Jenin city from several directions and advanced to surround the Jenin refugee camp before the soldiers stormed and occupied many homes and buildings.

The Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed seven deaths in Jenin and the injury of at least 27 and added that the soldiers targeted medical centers, medics, and ambulances after preventing them from entering the refugee camp.

Media sources said the Israeli army stormed and caused damage to dozens of homes in the Jenin refugee camp and damaged some of their walls to allow the soldiers to fire at the Palestinians in the streets without being seen.

The sources added that an Israeli military drone fired a missile at a Palestinian home near the Al-Huriyyah Theater, wounding a child, many families took shelter in the theater which was also targeted by one missile.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the eight slain Palestinians have been identified as Samih Firas Abu Al-Wafa, 21, Aws Hani Hannoun, 19, Husam Mohammad Abu Theeba, 18, Noureddin Husam Marshoud, 16, Mohammad Mohannad Shami, 23, Ahmad Mohammad Al-Amer, 21, Ali Hani Al-Ghoul, 17, and Majdi Ar’arawi, 17.

Also, Dr. Wisam Bakr, the head of the Jenin governmental hospital, said Palestinian medics face serious difficulties and danger due to the Israeli siege, ongoing onslaught, and the deliberate targeting of ambulances.

The Israeli army bulldozed and destroyed streets to prevent Palestinian ambulances and media vehicles from entering the refugee camp.  

Palestine TV said the Israeli Airforce carried out more than twenty strikes on the Jenin refugee camp, using fighter jets and armed drones.

The Israeli army destroyed several homes, including two owned by Palestinians from Shalabi and Natour families after firing missiles at them and causing damage to surrounding homes and buildings.

Furthermore, the army deliberately targeted electricity transformers and poles to ensure a blackout in Jenin refugee camp and its surrounding areas.

The Israeli soldiers also invaded many homes and buildings overlooking the Jenin refugee camp and deployed sharpshooters on rooftops, and deployed tanks on hills and neighborhoods overlooking the Jenin refugee camp.

Furthermore, Israeli military bulldozers damage dozens of Palestinian cars parked near homes in areas close to the Jenin refugee camp.

Also, dozens of military vehicles also invaded several villages and towns around Jenin city, stormed and ransacked dozens of homes, and assaulted many Palestinians.

Media sources said the Israeli army also fired dozens of gas bombs around the Jenin Governmental Hospital, causing many patients and residents, including children receiving treatment at the medical facility, to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Israeli daily Haaretz said the Israeli army spokesperson Daniel Hagari confirmed that the soldiers invaded the Jenin refugee camp, however, Palestinian sources said all entrances to the refugee camp were blocked.

Haaretz stated that the Palestinians in Jenin received a message from the army, ordering them to remain in their homes, and added that “Hagari stressed that this is not an operation against the Palestinian Authority or the residents,” according to the Israeli report.

Hagari said the offensive in Jenin may continue and expand but is “currently limited to the Jenin area.”
The Israeli army claimed it targeted a “unified command center” used as an “advanced observation and reconnaissance center,” by Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin, Haaretz added.

The Israeli army also pushed more vehicles into the area, while many tanks were deployed near the Al-Jalama military roadblock north of Jenin in preparation for invading Jenin.

Palestinian resistance fighters from various factions exchanged fire with the invading soldiers and military vehicles and detonated explosive charges near the armored vehicles.

Most of the wounded were treated by young men and women who have received first aid and emergency medical training over the past few months in preparation for the offensive, which Israel has been discussing for some time.

Palestine TV said the soldiers have also encircled its headquarters in Jenin and are using equipment to disrupt live coverage.

It added that the Israeli war jets and armed drones fired at least twenty missiles at several buildings in the Jenin refugee camp.

Furthermore, Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin said they managed to destroy an armored Israeli military bulldozer after detonating an explosive charge near an Israeli military bulldozer.

The Israeli occupation army has confirmed it was conducting an extensive military offensive throughout Jenin refugee and the Jenin refugee camp and added that one of its airstrikes targeted a building allegedly used by Palestinian fighters where they gather, and store weapons and ammunition, according to the statement issued by the army and the Israeli Security Agency “Shin Bet.”

The army said more than 1000 soldiers and at least a hundred military vehicles are participating in the offensive.

Various Palestinian factions, including the Islamic Jihad, said the offensive would fail in achieving its goals and would only intensify the resistance against the Israeli occupation and more steadfastness and unity among the Palestinians.

The Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, said Palestinian resistance fighters would never surrender, Jenin would never surrender and added that Israel would fail in achieving its goals and bear the consequences of its offensive.

“All options are open to striking the enemy; we will retaliate to this aggression and continue to resist the occupation,” the Al-Quds Brigades stated.
