August 19, 2014: Ali Mohammed Daif, 7 months, was killed by six Israeli missiles fired at the three-story house of Rabah al-Dalu, 51, in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City, where eight members of al-Dalu family lived, along with two families who were renting apartments in the same building that was turned into rubble, and many nearby homes and buildings were damaged.
Ali, whose body was located under the rubble two days after the bombing, was killed along with his mother, Wedad, 27, the wife of Mohammad Daif, the leader of Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, in addition to his sister, Sara, 36 months, Rabah’s wife, Wafa’ Hussein al-Dalu, 48, and their two sons, Ahmed, 19, and Mustafa, 13.
Fifteen Palestinians were injured in the attack, while a nearby bus company was also targeted with missiles, leading to the destruction of 36 vehicles. Ali was from Gaza. Source: Mezan Center for Human Rights
