July 20, 2014: Ahmed Tawfiq Abu Jame’, 10, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired missiles into the three-story house of his father Tawfiq Ahmad Abu Jame’, where five families lived, in Bani Suheila town, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
His mother, Sabah, 39, his sisters, Razan, 14, Aya, 10, Haifa, 9, and Maysa, only one day old, in addition to his brother Tawfiq, 5, were also killed by the missiles.
The intensity of the Israeli bombardment and shelling prevented medics and rescue teams from conducting an efficient search, and a day later, they found 26 corpses under the rubble, including 19 children and five women; one was a four-month infant girl, while the rest were between the ages of 2 and 14.
