Taghrid Sha’ban Al-Kilani

July 21, 2014: Taghrid Sha’ban Al-Kilani, 44, was killed by Israeli missiles fired into the ten-story al-Salam residential building in Omar al-Mokhtar Street area, in Gaza City, destroying the building where several families sought shelter after the army issued warnings for them to leave their homes and neighborhoods, in Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, and to seek shelter in city centers, as the soldiers were preparing to bombard them. The Israeli army claimed it was targeting Sha’ban al-Dahdouh, 30, a member of the Islamic Jihad in Gaza. The attack led to the death of eleven Palestinians, including her husband and five children, in addition to three other women. The family held German citizenships, as the husband lived there for twenty years, while two of his children who were born there, remained in Germany. Taghrid was from Beit Lahia. Isara’ Yasser Al-Qassas

isara_qassasJuly 21, 2014: Isara’ Yasser Al-Qassas, 10, was killed by an Israeli missile fired into the third-floor flat of Yasser Khader al-Qassas, in the Thalathini Street, south of Gaza city.

She was killed along with her mother, three sisters, aunt, grandmother and two cousins.

Besides Isara’, the slain family members have been identified as:

Sumaya Mohammed Nassar Al-Qassas, 33, her mother

Yasmin Yasser Al-Qassas, 7, her sister

Arwa Yasser Al-Qassas, 5, her sister

Samar Yasser Al-Qassas, 3, her sister

Faiza Saber Ahmed Siam, 67, her grandmother

Alyaa’ khadir Yousif Siam, 33, her aunt

Nesma Iyad Sa’d Al Qassas, 10, her cousin

Sumaya Mohammed Al-Qassas

She was killed along with her four daughters, her mother, her sister and two of her nieces.

Besides Sumaya, the slain family members have been identified as: her daughters Yasmin, 7, Isara’, 10, Arwa, 5, Samar, 3, in addition to her mother, Faiza Saber Ahmed Siam 67, her sister, Alyaa’, 33, Yasser’s nieces, Nesma Iyad Al-Qassas, 10, and Lamia Iyad Al-Qassam, 12. Sumaya was from Gaza. Alyaa’ Saber Siam

siyamhomeJuly 21, 2014: Alyaa’ Saber Siam, 33, was killed by an Israeli missile fire from a plane into the apartment of Yasser al-Qassas in the fourth floor of the Thalathini Street, south of Gaza city.

Six children and three women were killed in the attack, and four persons, including two children, were injured.

Besides Alyaa’, the Israeli bombardment led to the death of the following family  members:

  1. Sumaya Mohammed Nassar Al-Qassas, 33, Yasser’s wife
  2. Yasmin Yasser Al-Qassas, 7, Yasser and Sumaya’s daughter
  3. Isara’ Yasser Al-Qassas, 10, Yasser and Sumaya’s daughter
  4. Arwa Yasser Al-Qassas, 5, Yasser and Sumaya’s daughter
  5. Samar Yasser Al Qassas, 3, Yasser and Sumaya’s daughter
  6. Faiza Saber Ahmed Siam, 67, Sumaya’s mother
  7.  Nesma Iyad Sa’d Al Qassas, 10, Yasser’s niece
  8. Lamia’ Iyad Al Qassas, 12, Yasser’s niece.

Faiza Saber Siam

siyamhomeJuly 21, 2014: Faiza Saber Siam, 67, was killed by an Israeli missile fire from a plane into the apartment of Yasser al-Qassas, in the Thalathini Street, south of Gaza city.

The slain Palestinians have been identified as Yasser’s wife, Sumaya Mohammed al-Qassas, 33, their daughters, Yasmin, 7, Isara’, 10, Arwa, 5, and Samar, 3, in addition to Sumaya’s sister, Alyaa’, 33, and Yasser’s nieces Nesma Iyad al-Qassas, 10, and Lamia Iyad al-Qassas, 12. Asma’ Al-Helou

July 21, 2014: Asma’ Al-Helou, 20, died from serious wounds suffered when Israeli missiles struck the family home in the Sheja’eyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, on July 20, instantly killing eleven family members, including infants and children. It took rescue and civil defense teams until July 27th to recover most of the bodies of the slain Palestinians as they remained buried under the rubble amidst ongoing Israeli bombardment.
