March 12, 2019: Mohammad Jamil Shahin, 23, was killed by Israeli soldiers during an invasion of the central West Bank city of Salfit. The soldiers fired dozens of live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs at Palestinians protesting the invasion, killing Mohammad, and wounding more than 40 others.

The slain Palestinian was shot with a live round in the heart and died from his serious wounds shortly after he was injured.

The Palestinian Red Crescent said its medics provided treatment for 40 Palestinians; many of them were shot with rubber-coated steel bullets, and others suffered the effects of teargas inhalation.

It is worth mentioning that dozens of soldiers invaded Salfit, and were deployed in several neighborhoods, and main roads, in addition to storming and ransacking buildings, including homes and shops, and confiscated surveillance recordings and equipment.

Also on Tuesday, the soldiers killed one Palestinian, identified as Yasser Fawzi Shweiki, 36, after shooting him with live fire in Hebron city, in the southern part of the West Bank.

In related news, the Palestinian Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip has confirmed, Tuesday, that a young man, identified as Mousa Mohammad Mousa, 23, who was shot and seriously injured by Israeli army fire, on March 1st, during the Great Return March processions, has died from his wounds.

On Monday morning, a young man, identified as Bassam Sami Othman Safi, 22, died from serious wounds he suffered by Israeli army fire, on February 22, 2019.

March 12, 2019: Yasser Fawzi Shweiki, 36, was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers in Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, reportedly after he attempted to stab them. Palestinian sources have confirmed that the slain man was distributing notices from the Sharia Court in the city, when the soldiers shot him.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers shot and seriously injured Yasser Fawzi Shweiki, 36, and prevented its medics from approaching him.

Eyewitnesses said the Palestinian was left bleeding on the ground, after the soldiers shot him in the chest, and the soldiers later dragged his corpse into the nearby Rajabi building.

His father, Fawzi Shweiki, said that he heard the gunshots, but did not know that it was his son, who works for the local Sharia court and was distributing notices, who was the victim.

Israeli sources claimed that the soldiers shot the Palestinian after he attempted to stab them with a knife.

After his death, groups of illegal fanatic colonialist settlers, including children, “celebrated his death” by dancing and chanting in the streets of the occupied city.

March 12, 2019: Mousa Mohammad Mousa, 23, died of wounds sustained when he was shot and seriously injured by Israeli army fire, on March 1st, during the Great Return March processions, has died from his wounds.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip confirmed that Mousa was shot with a live round in his back, east of the al-Boreij refugee camp, in central Gaza.

The Ministry added that the Palestinian remained in a very serious condition at the Intensive Care Unit, until he succumbed to his wounds in the early dawn hours, Monday.

His death brings the number of Palestinians, killed by Israeli army fired since the Great March procession started in the Gaza Strip, on Palestinian Land Day, March 30th, 2018, to 271 Palestinians, including children, journalists and medics.

The number of Palestinians, who were injured by army fire, has exceeded 29.000, including dozens who suffered serious wounds, in scores of residents who suffered amputations of their limbs.

It is worth mentioning that, on Monday morning, a young Palestinian man, identified as Bassam Sami Othman Safi, 22, died from serious wounds he suffered by Israeli army fire, on February 22, 2019.

Also on Monday, Israeli navy ships attacked Palestinian fishing boats in the Waha Sea area, northwest of Gaza city, and abducted two fishermen.

On Friday, the soldiers killed one Palestinian, identified as Tamer Khaled Arafat, 23, and injured 48 others, including four medics and two journalists, in the Great Return March processions, in the eastern parts of the besieged Gaza Strip.

On March 7th, a child, identified as Saifeddin Emad Abu Zeid, 15, died from serious wounds he suffered late, a day earlier, when Israeli soldiers shot him with a live round, and injured several others, during protests on Palestinian lands, close to the perimeter fence, east of Gaza city.

On Sunday at dawn, March 10, the soldiers killed a young Palestinian man, identified as Salama Salah Ka’abna, 22, while driving through a military block on Road #90 in the Jordan Valley area, near Jericho in the occupied West Bank.

March 11, 2019: Bassam Sami Othman Safi, 22, died from serious wounds he suffered by Israeli army fire, on February 22, 2019.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip has reported that the young man, Bassam Sami Othman Safi, 22, was shot with a high-velocity gas bomb which struck him directly in the head, causing a very serious injury.

It added that Bassam, who was injured during the Great Return March, east of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip,  remained unconscious and in a critical condition, until he succumbed to his wounds, on Monday morning, despite all efforts to save his life.

March 10, 2019: Salama Salah Ka’abna, 22, was killed by Israeli forces at dawn at a military roadblock on Road #90 in the Jordan Valley area, near Jericho in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said army informed the Palestinian District Coordination Office that the young man, Salama Salah Ka’abna, 22, was shot dead while bypassing a vehicle which was stopped for inspection by the soldiers.

According to Israeli sources, the soldiers were in the process of inspecting a Palestinian vehicle at the roadblock when another speeding vehicle “drove behind [that car] and rushed towards soldiers who ordered him the driver to stop.”

The army claims that the Palestinian driver did not heed the soldiers’ orders to stop, and they opened fire at him in his car, seriously wounding him. He died from his wounds shortly afterwards.

In addition, the army said two other Palestinians were in the car, but managed to escape. The army spokesperson added that an inspection of the car showed that it was stolen.

March 8, 2019: Tamer Khaled Mustafa Arafat, 23, was killed by Israeli forces, who also wounded 48 others, including four medics and two journalists, in the Great Return March processions, in the eastern parts of the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza confirmed that the soldiers killed Tamer after shooting him with live fire, east of Rafah city, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Tamer was hit with a live round in the head, and was rushed to the Gaza European Hospital, where he succumbed to his serious wounds.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) has confirmed that a total of 133 civilians, including 32 children, have been injured, and that one of the wounded Palestinians suffered a serious injury.

It added that dozens of protesters, paramedics and journalists suffered the effects of teargas inhalation and seizures.

The soldiers also fired a high-velocity gas bomb at a Palestinian ambulance belonging to the Health Ministry, east of the al-Boreij refugee camp, in central Gaza Strip, causing damage.

It added that Israeli forces have killed 192 Palestinians since the Great Return March processions started in the Gaza Strip, on March 30th, 2018. Among them are 41 children, 2 women, 2 Journalists, 3 medical crews and eight with disabilities.

The PCHR said that the army also injured 11213 Palestinians, including 534 who suffered serious wounds, 114 who had their lower of upper limbs amputated.

It added that, according to the Health Ministry, there have been 114 limb amputations; 100 lower limb amputations, two upper-limb amputations, 12 finger amputations and 25 children had their limbs amputated.

The number of those wounded only include those shot with live bullets and directly hit with tear gas canisters as there have been thousands who suffered tear gas inhalation and sustained bruises, the PCHR said.

March 7, 2019: Saifeddin Emad Abu Zeid, 15, died from serious wounds he suffered late on Wednesday evening when Israeli soldiers shot him with a live round, and injured several others, during protests on Palestinian lands, close to the perimeter fence, east of Gaza city.

Dr. Ashraf al-Qedra, the spokesperson of the Health Ministry in Gaza, said the child, identified as Saifeddin Emad Abu Zeid, 15, was seriously injured after being shot by the soldiers with a live round in the head, east of Gaza city.

Medics rushed the child to the Shifa Medical Center in Gaza city, before was moved to surgery, but he succumbed to his serious wounds a few hours later.

Dr. al-Qedra also stated that the soldiers shot at least five other Palestinians and caused many to suffer the severe effects of teargas inhalation.

March 6, 2019: Malak Rajabi, 18 months, died in a fire in Hebron when rescue crews were blocked by the Israeli military from reaching the home before Malak and her brother burned alive inside.

The mayor of Hebron, Taysir Abu Sneina, held the Israeli army responsible for the death of two children, who died in a fire in their home, in the southern West Bank city of Hebron, after the military delayed Palestinian fire trucks and Red Crescent ambulances, at two roadblocks in the city.

Spokesperson of the Palestinian Police in the occupied West Bank, Lieutenant Luay Zreiqat, said a child, identified as Wa’el Rajabi, four years old, and his infant sister, Malak, 18 months of age, died in the fire.

Lieutenant Zreiqat added that a third brother of the two deceased siblings suffered serious burns and remains in a critical condition.

The house is in an area that is under full Israeli control and separated by the rest of the occupied city by many military roadblocks.

Hebron Fire Chief, Ayman Nassereddin, said that the fire department received a call at 10:35 on Tuesday at night, regarding a fire at the Palestinian house, in the Old City of Hebron.

Nassereddin added that the fire trucks, and ambulances, were instantly dispatched to the scene, but the soldiers stopped them on two different military roadblocks; one is called 160, and the other is Ja’abra roadblock.

He also stated that the Palestinian District Coordination Office contacted the Israeli counterpart, and it took at least twenty minutes for the fire trucks and the ambulances to be allowed through.

The rescue team managed to control the fire before it spread to surrounding homes.

Yousef Raed Anqawi

March 4, 2019: Yousef Raed Anqawi, 20, was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers along with a second Palestinian. A third Palestinian was injured by Israeli gunfire.

The military claims the three were in a car that deliberately tried to ram a group of Israeli soldiers who had invaded the village of Kafr Ni’ma village, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

Eyewitnesses reported that the vehicle slid due to the wet road, and the driver lost control of it before it struck the army jeep.

The slain Palestinians have been identified as Amir Mahmoud Darraj, 20, from Kharbatha al-Misbah village, and Yousef Raed Anqawi, 20, from Beit Sira village, west of Ramallah.

The wounded young man has been identified as Bassem Jom’a Alqam, 20, from Safa village, west of Ramallah.

The Israeli army stated that two of its soldiers were injured, one seriously, when the Palestinian car “rammed into them in the village,” and added that the soldiers opened fire at the car, killing two and mildly wounded a third.

It added that the soldiers stopped to the side of the road, close to the exit of the village, when the car reportedly rammed them.

The army also stated that its “investigation concluded that the incident was a deliberate attack, and not an accident.”

The army said the soldiers had to stop on the side of the road due to a mechanical error with their jeep, before the Palestinian car rammed into them.

Palestinian sources said that the incident was a traffic accident, and not a ramming attack as the military claims, as the driver and his passengers could not see the soldiers before hitting them with the car.

The Palestinians car slid due to the wet road, before it struck the army jeep, they added.

Khaldoun ad-Deek, the head of Kafr Ni’ma Village Council, said the accident happened in an area of a difficult terrain with  rough and curvy roads.

The three Palestinians worked as night guards at Nour al-Hoda Schools in Betunia town, west of Ramallah.

It is worth mentioning that many army jeeps invaded the village, and conducted extensive searches of homes, before abducting several Palestinians, in addition to opening fire at protesters.

The soldiers placed the village under a strict siege, after closing all entrances and main roads.

On Sunday at night, the soldiers invaded the village before storming and searching homes, and abducted a young man, identified as Yousef Mahmoud ad-Deek.

Many Palestinians suffered the effects of teargas inhalation, after the soldiers fired gas bombs and rubber-coated steel bullets at Palestinians protesting the invasion.

The soldiers also attacked, on Monday morning, several schoolchildren, and hurled gas bombs and concussion grenades at them, in addition to preventing them from reaching their schools.
