Adham Abu ‘Ayta

July 24, 2014: Adham Ahmad Abu ‘Ayta, 4, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired a missile at the adjacent house of Mohammed al-Ajrami, in Tal Al-Za’tar area, in Jabalia town, in northern Gaza, completely destroying the property and severely damaging his grandfather’s house.

The missiles led to his death, along with his father, Ahmad, 31, grandfather, Ibrahim, 66, grandmother, Jamila, 54, and his uncle, Mohammad, 31.

An Israeli drone fired two missiles at the two-story house of Al-Ajrami family, and ten minutes later, an Israeli warplane fired a missile at the property.

Samar Yasser Al-Qassas

samar July 21, 2014: Samar Yasser Al-Qassas, 3, was killed by an Israeli missile fired into the third-floor flat of her father, Yasser Khader al-Qassas, in the Thalathini Street, south of Gaza city.

She was killed along with her mother, Sumaya, 33, her sisters, Yasmin, 7, Isara’, 10, Arwa, 5, her grandmother, Faiza, Saber Siam, 67,

Her aunt, Alyaa’ Khadir Siam, 33, in addition to her cousins, Nesma Iyad al-Qassas, 10, and Lamia, 12. were also killed in the bombardment. Samar was from Gaza. Source: Mezan Center For Human Rights

Suheila Abu Jame’

July 20, 2014: Suheila Bassam Abu Jame’, 2, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired missiles into the three-story house of Tawfiq Ahmad Abu Jame’, where five families lived, in Bani Suheila town, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Her pregnant mother, Yasmin, 25, and her sisters, Batoul, 3, and Bisan, 1, in addition to her grandmother, Fatma Mahmoud Abu Jame’, 64, were among 25 family members, and a visiting acquaintance, who were killed in the attack.

The intensity of the Israeli bombardment and shelling prevented medics and rescue teams from conducting an efficient search until the next day.

Her mother, Shahinaz Waleed Abu Jame’, 28, her sisters, Fatma, 7, and Nujud, 4 months, in addition to her aunt, Yasmin, 25, and her children, Batoul, 3, Suheila, 2, Bisan, 1, and her cousin, Husam, 6, were among the 25 family members, and a visiting acquaintance, who were killed in the attack.
