June 24, 2018: Osama Khalil Abu Khater, 29, died at dawn from serious wounds he suffered last Friday when Israeli soldiers shot him with live fire during a demonstration at the Gaza border fence.

Dr. Ashraf al-Qedra, the spokesperson of the Health Ministry in Gaza said the young man, identified as Osama was shot with a live Israeli army bullet in the abdomen, during Friday’s Great Return March procession.

He added that Abu Khater, who was shot east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip, suffered a serious injury, and was rushed to the Gaza European Hospital, in southern Gaza, but succumbed to his wounds.

On Tuesday June 19, a cancer patient identified as Masoud Abdul Hai Abu Saqer, aged 49, died at Erez/Beit Hanoun crossing between Gaza and Israel, while awaiting to be interviewed by Israeli security officers, to discuss his permit application to receive treatment at an East Jerusalem hospital.

On Wednesday June 20, a young Palestinian man, identified as Mohammad Ghassan Abu Doqqa, 22, died from serious wounds he suffered when Israeli soldiers shot him on May 14th, 2018, east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Dr. al-Qedra said Abu Khater’s death brings the number of Palestinians, killed by Israeli army fire since the Great Return March processions started on Palestinian Land Day, on March 30th, to 131, including 13 children, and two journalists, identified as Yasser Mortaja, 31, and Ahmad Abu Hussein, 25, and wounded 144 others.

The soldiers also  killed two medics, identified as Razan Najjar, 22, and Mousa Jaber Abu Hassanein, 36, injured 223 others, and caused damage to 37 ambulances.

June 20, 2018: Mohammad Ghassan Abu Doqqa, 22, died of wounds sustained when he was shot and serious injured by Israeli army fire on May 14th, 2018 during the Great Return March protest.

Dr. Ashraf al-Qedra, the spokesperson of the Health Ministry in Gaza, said that Mohammad suffered a very serious wound after Israeli soldiers shot him with live fire, east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

He said Mohammad was rushed to a hospital in Khan Younis but was later moved to a hospital in occupied Jerusalem, due to the seriousness of his condition.

On June 18, 2018, a child identified as Zakariya Hussein Bashbash, 13, died of serious wounds sustained several days earlier when he was shot by Israeli soldiers at a protest in Gaza.

On the same day that Zakariya died of his wounds, Israeli soldiers killed Sabri Ahmad Abu Khader, 24, after shooting him with live fire near the Great Return Camp, east of Gaza city.

His death brings the number of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli army fire since March 30th, 2018 to 129, including two journalists and thirteen children.

The army also injured 13672 others, including hundreds of suffered serious wounds, mainly after being shot with expanding bullets.

In addition, the soldiers killed two medics, identified as Razan Najjar, 22, and Mousa Jaber Abu Hassanein, 36, injured 223 others, and caused damage to 37 ambulances.

The army also killed two journalists, identified as Yasser Mortaja, 31, and Ahmad Abu Hussein, 25, and wounded 144 others.

June 19, 2018: Masoud Abdul Hai Abu Saqer, 49, died at Erez/Beit Hanoun crossing between Gaza and Israel, while on his way to get treatment at an East Jerusalem hospital, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights said.

Abu Saqer had applied three times, in the past, for an Israeli army permit to leave Gaza for cancer treatment , but his application was continuously denied.

On the fourth attempt, Abu Saqer was summoned for an interview at Erez checkpoint, by the Israel security service, before it was decided whether or not to grant him a permit, but he died at the crossing during the interview, according to his son, Saed.

Abu Saqer was diagnosed with cancer in the his right lung as of December 2017, and has been trying ever since to reach a hospital in East Jerusalem for treatment, but without success.

Al Mezan said that at the fourth time, Abu Saqer was summoned for an interview at Erez checkpoint by the Israel security service before decided whether to grant or deny him a permit but he died at the crossing during the interview, according to his son, Saed.

Seven Gaza patients, including three women, have reportedly died, since the start of this year, after their applications for an Israeli permit to leave the besieged Gaza Strip were either denied or delayed.

June 18, 2018: Zakariya Hussein Bashbash, 13, died of serious wounds sustained several days earlier when he was shot by Israeli soldiers at a protest in Gaza.

According to Palestinian medical sources, Zakariya suffered a very serious injury when an Israeli soldier stationed across the border fence shot him with a live round.

Zakariya was shot east of the al-Boreij refugee camp in central Gaza, where a protest was taking place along the Gaza-Israel border as part of the Great Return March protests that began March 30th and have been taking place each Friday since then.

He was rushed to the Shifa Medical Center, where he was immediately moved to surgery, and remained in the Intensive Care Unit, until he succumbed to his serious wounds.

On the same day that Zakariya died of his wounds, Israeli soldiers killed Sabri Ahmad Abu Khader, 24, after shooting him with live fire near the Great Return Camp, east of Gaza city.

Zakariya’s death brings the number of Palestinians, who were killed by Israeli army fire since March 30th 2018 to 128, including two journalists and thirteen children.

June 18, 2018: Sabri Ahmad Abu Khader, 24, was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers near the Great Return Camp, east of Gaza city.

Medical sources in Gaza said the Palestinian was rushed to the Shifa Medical Center, in Gaza city, where he was admitted to surgery with critical gunshot wounds.

Doctors tried to save Sabri, but his wounds were too severe, and he died after several hours.

Sabri was a newlywed young man, who got married just five months ago. He was shot near Karni Crossing, east of Gaza city, where protesters had gathered as part of the ongoing protest at the Gaza-Israel border that began March 30th.

Israeli sources said some protesters continued to launch burning kites across the border fence, causing a new fire near Kissufim military base, in southern Gaza.

In related news, the Israeli army claimed that its soldiers observed two Palestinians who, they claimed, tried to breach the border fence. The army claimed that the two had carried explosives, which allegedly detonated while they were running back to Gaza, wounding them.

June 14, 2018: Ahmad Ziad Tawfiq al-‘Aassi, 21, died of wounds inflicted several days earlier by an Israeli gas bomb which struck him directly in his head, causing very serious wounds.

Ahmad was at a protest on the Gaza-Israel border as part of the Great Return March when he was shot and seriously injured by the Israeli army stationed at a military post across the border.

The Palestinian was rushed to the Gaza European Hospital, in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, and remained in the Intensive Care Unit until he succumbed to his serious wounds.

His death brings the number of Palestinians, who were killed by Israeli army fire since March 30th, to 126, including two journalists and thirteen children.

The army also injured 13672 others, including hundreds of suffered serious wounds, mainly after being shot with expanding bullets.

Kamal YazijiJune 13, 2018: Kamal Mohammad al-Yaziji died from serious complications caused by wounds he suffered after Israeli soldiers shot him eight years ago.

Medical sources reported that Kamal, from Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, died from serious complications resulting from an Israeli bullet in his spine.

His family said Kamal was shot by live Israeli army fire in his spine, causing paraplegia. Since that time, he has suffered from constant medical issues and complications, including serious infections and skin breakdowns.

They added that Kamal also developed gangrene, followed by further serious infections that claimed his life.

The Gaza Strip, devastated by various Israeli military offensives, and ongoing blockade since June 2007, have left the densely-populated Gaza Strip lacking basic humanitarian supplies, including specialized medical equipment and medications.

It is worth mentioning that many patients, suffering with various health conditions, including cancer and kidney diseases, have died due to the ongoing siege on Gaza, after being unable to receive treatment either in Israeli hospitals, or in hospitals in Arab counties and other parts of the world.

June 8, 2018: Ziad Jadallah al-Breem, 27, was killed by Israeli army fire east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, while participating in a non-violent protest against the imprisonment of Gaza by the Israeli military, which has surrounded the coastal strip since 2005, controlling land,sea and air.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza has confirmed that Israeli soldiers killed four Palestinians, including one child, and injured 618 others, including five journalists, 26 children and 14 women, and added that 117 of the wounded were shot with live fire, among them eight who suffer very serious injuries.

The army also killed a Palestinian child, identified as Haitham Mohammad Khalil al-Jamal, 15, from Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

It added that the soldiers also killed Emad Nabil Abu Drabi, 26, near the Great Return Camp, east of Jabalia, in northern Gaza.

In addition, the soldiers killed Yousef al-Faseeh, 29, with live fire, east of Gaza City.

The rest of the injured Palestinians suffered cuts and bruises, in addition to the severe effects of teargas inhalation. Most of these were treated at field hospitals that were set up in the five main protest encampments at the border

One of the wounded Palestinians was directly shot with a high-velocity gas bomb which lodged in his upper jaw and settled in his mouth, moderately wounding him and causing him to suffer the severe effects of teargas inhalation and nearly suffocate.

It is worth mentioning that thousands of Palestinians participated in the Great Return March protests, Friday June 8th, in several areas in the coastal region.

In a statement, Dr. al-Qedra said the soldiers killed 127 Palestinians, and injured 14700 others, including women, children, medics and journalists, in the Gaza Strip, since the beginning of the Great Return March on Palestinian Land, on March 30th, 2018.

The protests began on Land Day, on March 30th, and have continued each Friday through Nakba Day on May 15th, the 70th anniversary of the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
