Nazera Kullab

August 21, 2014: Nazera Ramadan Kullab, 41, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired nine missiles from their war jets targeting the home of Nasser Hussein Kullab, and nearby homes, in Canada area, in Tal al-Sultan, west of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The three-story, 200 square/meter Kullab family home was inhabited by two families of fourteen members, and was destroyed by the Israeli missiles, while six nearby homes were severely damaged.

The Israeli strikes led to the death of twelve Palestinians in these targeted homes; three of them were leaders of Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas. Among the slain Palestinians were four children and three women.

Medical sources in Rafah said at least 54 Palestinians, including 22 children and 16 women, were injured in the attacks.

Nazera was killed along with her sons Ahmed, 17, Yousef, 15, and Abdullah, 11, in addition to Hasan Hussein Younis, 79, his wife Amal, 53, their granddaughter, Seba, 4, in addition to ‘Aiysha Imsail Attiyya, 63, Mohammad Abu Shamala, 40, Ra’ed al-Attar, 40, Mohammad Barhoum, 45, and Abdel-Fattah Abu Sleimeh who died from his wounds on September 10, 2014.

Mustafa Rabah al-Dalu

August 19, 2014: Mustafa Rabah al-Dalu, 13, was killed by six Israeli missiles fired at the three-story house of his father, Rabah al-Dalu, 51, in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City, where eight members of al-Dalu family lived, along with two families who were renting apartments in the same building that was turned into rubble, and many nearby homes and buildings were damaged.

Mustafa was killed along his mother Wafa’, 48, and his brother, Ahmed, 19, in addition Wedad Mustafa Daif-Asfour, 27, her infant son, Ali, 7 months, her daughter, Sara, 36 months, and her son, Ahmed, 19.

15 Palestinians were injured in the attack, while a nearby bus company was also targeted with missiles, leading to the destruction of 36 vehicles. Mustafa was from Gaza. Source: Mezan Center for Human Rights
