July 1, 2016: Taiseer Mohammad Habash, 50, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired many gas bombs at Palestinians trying to enter Jerusalem to pray in Al-Aqsa. The man died due to severe effects of tear gas inhalation after the soldiers prevented the medics from reaching him, and fired many gas bombs and rubber-coated metal bullets, wounding at least forty Palestinians. Taiseer was from ‘Aseera ash-Shamaliyya, north of Nablus. Source: IMEMC
July 1, 2016: Sara Daoud Tarayra, 27, was killed by an Israeli soldier near the Ibrahimi mosque in Hebron city, in the southern part of the West Bank, after she reportedly tried to stab a soldier. Eyewitnesses said Sara, who was also pregnant, was sprayed with pepper spray by a female soldier who was searching her and ran to avoid being exposed to more toxins before the soldiers shot her. June 30, 2016: Hallel Yaffe Ariel, 13, was killed by a Palestinian who stabbed her in her bed in the illegal Jewish-only settlement of Kiryat Arba in Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank before a security guard, who suffered a serious injury, killed him. June 30, 2016: Mohammad Nasser Tarayra, 17, was killed by an Israeli security guard reportedly after entering a home in an Israeli settlement, in the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and stabbing an Israeli child, 13, who died from her wounds, in addition to injuring the guard. June 24, 2016: Majd Abdullah al-Khdour (al-Manasra), 18, was killed by Israeli soldiers on a bypass road in the southern West Bank city of Hebron after she allegedly rammed her car into an Israeli settler’s car. She was shot multiple times in the upper body through the windshield, and the army prevented Palestinian medics from approaching her. Eyewitnesses said the collision with the Israeli car was an accident. Majd was a married mother of a toddler from Bani Neim town near Hebron. Source: IMEMC
June 19, 2016: Mahmoud Rafat Badran, 15, was killed by Israeli soldiers who opened fire on a Palestinian car transporting teenagers who had just been swimming in a pool in a nearby village. The army later admitted the child had nothing to do with reported clashes at the time of the fatal shooting. Mahmoud was from Beit ‘Or at-Tihta village west of Ramallah. Source: IMEMC
June 19, 2016: Arif Sharif Jaradat, 22, was shot by Israeli soldiers on May 4th after they invaded Sa’ir town near Hebron in the southern part of the West Bank, and died from his wounds on June 19.
