August 06, 2022: Khalil Ziad Abu Hamada, 19, was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza Strip.

In the most recent update by the Palestinian Health Ministry, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli missiles and shells in the Gaza Strip since the bombing began on Friday August 5th has reached twenty-four, including six children, while the number of wounded Palestinians is two hundred three, including many children and women.

Those killed on Saturday August 6th include:
  1. Khalil Ziad Abu Hamada, 19, was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza Strip.
  2. Mohammad Mohammad Zaqqout, 20, was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza Strip.

  5. Nafeth Mohammad al-Khatib, 50, was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza Strip
  6. Ahmad Mohammad Nairab, 11 was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza Strip.
  7. Mo’men Mohammad Nairab, 5, (younger brother of Ahmad) was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza Strip.
  8. Ziad Ahmad al-Mudallal, the son of senior Islamic Jihad leader, Ahmad al-Mudallal, was killed by an Israeli missile in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
  9. Mohammad Jamil Shbeir, 10, was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza Strip.
  10. Mohammad Eyad Hassouna, 14, was killed after Israeli drones fired missiles at homes in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. 45 Palestinians, including children, were injured in the attack
  11. Mohammad al-Omar, 20, from Jabalia refugee camp, in Jabalia in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.
  12. Na’ama Mohammad Abu Qayda, 62, was killed while traveling in a car to the home of her son’s bride. They were supposed to be married on this day. But Israeli soldiers fired missiles at her civilian car in the Um an-Nasr village in Beit Hanoun in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, killing Na’ama and wounding several others.
  13. Hussein Mohammad Mansour, 26, was killed when the Israeli air force fired missiles at Palestinians in the Sha’sha’a area, east of Jabalia in northern Gaza, wounding at least ten Palestinians, some seriously.
  14.  Nour Hussein Zoweidi, 21, was killed after the army fired missiles into Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza.

The army also fired missiles into a five-story building near the Shifa Medical Center southwest of Gaza and destroyed it, causing damage to several surrounding homes. Palestinians from the local Shamlakh family own the building in the Sheikh Ejleen area.

It is worth mentioning that, as the Israeli offensive continued to the second day, the number of homes and buildings targeted by the army arrived at 650.

Also, a child, ten years of age, and a young man, 23, were seriously injured after the Israeli army fired missiles into residential areas in Abasan al-Kabeera town, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, the Israeli Airforce fired missiles into lands in Abasan, east of Khan Younis.

This wave of missiles came after the Israeli army launched the ‘operation’ on Friday by killing ten Palestinians, including a five-year-old girl who was playing outside her home in Gaza City.

The initial wave of Israeli missiles, which were dropped into Gaza between 4 and 5 pm on Friday afternoon, Israeli missiles and shells injured 36 Palestinians, including five children and four women.

Also on Friday, the Israeli army fired an artillery shell that struck the home of Adnan Atiya al-Amour, killing his daughter Donyana Mohammad al-Amour, 22.

The Israeli missiles also killed Mohammad Ahmad Nasrallah, 25, and injured his daughter in addition to two other Palestinians east of Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, an Israeli drone fired missiles into an area west of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, killing Fadel Mohammad Zo’rob, 30, and Mohammad Hasan al-Bayok, 35, in addition to wounding seven other Palestinians, including two children. The attacks also caused damage to a Palestinian ambulance.

Two Palestinians, including one child, were injured after the Israeli army bombed the al-Brazil neighborhood, south of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The army also carried out at least ten airstrikes targeting resistance centers and many residential neighborhoods in Rafah, causing excessive damage.

The Palestinians Center For Human Rights (PCHR) said its field researchers and teams are still documenting and validating the latest incidents and casualties, adding that the Israeli offensive could take a long time, as stated by Israeli military leaders and government officials.

The PCHR condemned the Israeli offensive, the extrajudicial assassinations, and the constant targeting of Palestinian civilians in violation of International Humanitarian Law and all related international treaties.

August 06, 2022: Hazem Mohammad Salem, 9, was killed after the Israeli army fired missiles targeting homes in Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli missiles struck many homes and buildings, killing Hazem along with Ahmad Mohammad Nairab, 11, Mo’men Mohammad Nairab, 5, Khalil Abu Hamada, 19, and Mohammad Jamil Shbeir, 10.

In Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Israeli drones fired missiles at homes, killing Mohammad Eyad Hassouna, 14, and Ziad Ahmad al-Mudallal, the son of senior Islamic Jihad leader, Ahmad al-Modallal.

The Israeli missiles also injured 45 Palestinians, including children, in Rafah.

In addition, Israeli missiles killed Mohammad al-Omar, 20, and Khalil Ziad Abu Hamada, 19, from Jabalia refugee camp, in Jabalia in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, and injured at least ten Palestinians, including children.

Several Palestinians, including children, were injured after the Israeli army fired missiles at a home in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, The Health Ministry in Gaza said the Israeli army fired missiles at a civilian car in the Um an-Nasr village in Beit Hanoun in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, killing a woman, identified as Na’ama Mohammad Abu Qayda, 62, and wounding several Palestinians, including at least one who suffered serious wounds.

Na’ama’s son was supposed to get married today, adding that the army fired a missile at the family’s car while driving to the bride’s house.

August 06, 2022:  Tamim Ghassan Hijazi, 24, was killed when the Israeli airforce  fired missiles into several buildings in Gaza city, Khan Younis, in the southern part of the coastal region, and many areas in the central and northern parts of the Gaza Strip before dawn on Saturday.

This wave of missiles came several hours after the Israeli army fired missiles into the fifth and sixth floors of Burj Falasteen (Palestine Tower) in the center of Gaza city.

The Palestine Tower consists of thirteen floors and consists of many government offices and media centers.

The bombing also caused damage to many surrounding buildings, stores, and commercial facilities.

Minutes later, the army fired many missiles into the Sheja’eyya neighborhood, east of Gaza, killing three Palestinians, including two civilians, Yousef Salman Mohammad Qaddoum, 24, Ala’ Abdullah Riyad Qaddoum, 5, and Emad Abdul-Rahim Ibrahim Shallah, 52.

August 01, 2022: Dirar Riyad Saleh al-Kafrini, 17, was killed by Israeli soldiers in Jenin refugee camp, in Jenin in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed that the soldiers shot Dirar with an expanding bullet in the shoulder before the medics rushed him to Jenin governmental hospital.

The Health Ministry stated that the expanding bullet caused serious internal injuries, including multiorgan damage, and severe bleeding, instantly killing Dirar.

The soldiers also shot and moderately injured a young man with live fire in the leg before the medics rushed him to Ibn Sina Specialized Hospital in Jenin.

Media sources in Jenin said undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated the refugee camp from several directions before armored military vehicles, including a bulldozer, invaded it, leading to protests.

They added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at the Palestinians while a military helicopter hovered overhead.

During the invasion, the soldiers also broke into and searched homes in the Jenin refugee camp and Wadi Burqin area before detaining former political prisoner Bassam Sa’adi, in addition to Ashraf al-Jada’.

Hundreds of Palestinians marched to the Jenin governmental hospital in Jenin city while chanting against the illegal Israeli occupation and its escalating violations.

Dirar’s funeral procession was attended by thousands of Palestinians, on Tuesday night, starting in front of Khalil Suleiman governmental hospital in Jenin and through the various streets of Jenin city until reaching his home in the Jenin refugee camp, before heading to the local mosque and the Shuhada graveyard.
