Amjad Eyad Azmi Husseiniyya

August 16, 2021: Amjad Eyad Azmi Husseiniyya, 20, was one of four Palestinians shot and killed by Israeli soldiers during an invasion into Jenin, in the northern West Bank.

Media sources in Jenin said the killing of the Palestinians took place when undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated into Jenin refugee camp using a civilian car before the soldiers stormed an under-construction residential building and secretly occupied its rooftop.

They added that many Israeli army jeeps then invaded the refugee camp and exchanged fire with Palestinian resistance fighters who were unaware of the undercover soldiers occupying the building and were killed by their gunfire.

One Palestinian, identified as Qassam Mohammad Taha, 24, suffered various gunshot wounds to his left arm and was rushed to Jenin governmental hospital.

In addition, the army invaded and ransacked homes in the Jenin refugee camp, and abducted a young man, identified as Mohammad Abu Zeina.

National factions in Jenin declared a general strike to mourn the slain Palestinians.

The Israeli army claimed its soldiers, including the undercover officers, invaded Jenin to arrest a member of the Hamas movement, before an exchange of fire took place between the soldiers and Palestinian resistance fighters.

Medical sources at Khalil Suleiman governmental hospital in Jenin, have confirmed receiving the corpses of two Palestinians, identified as Saleh Ahmad Mahmoud Ammar, 19, from Jenin refugee camp, and Raed Ziad Abdul-Latif Abu Saif, 21, from Jenin city.

They added that another Palestinian, identified as Nour Abdullah Jarrar, 19, from Jenin city, was also killed by the soldiers who took his corpse.

The soldiers also shot and seriously injured a fourth Palestinian, identified as Amjad Eyad Azmi Husseiniyya, 20, who succumbed to his wounds after the soldiers abducted him.

Diaeddin Mohammad Sabarini

August 11th, 2021: Diaeddin Mohammad Sabarini, 25, died from serious wounds he suffered a week earlier, when the Israeli army shot and seriously injured him in the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

Medical sources stated that the young man, identified as Diaeddin Mohammad Sabarini, 25, died from wounds sustained when he was shot by Israeli forces, three times in the upper body, on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.

During an invasion of the industrial zone of Jenin, Israeli soldiers and undercover agents shot and wounded six Palestinians with live rounds, for resisting the incursion.

Sabarini had been seriously injured after being shot in the abdomen, and was evacuated to a nearby Nablus hospital for urgent treatment where he succumbed to his critical gunshot wounds a week later.

Emad Ali Dwaikat

Emad al-DwaikatAugust 7th, 2021: Emad Ali Dwaikat, 37, was shot and killed by Israeli forces who fired live rounds at unarmed demonstrators in the northern West Bank village of Beita, south of Nablus, during a demonstration in rejection of the continued expropriation of Palestinian land.

Emad was a father of five children, the youngest being only two months old. He was killed with a live round in his chest, causing life threatening wounds.

The critically injured man was rushed to Rafidia hospital in Nablus, where he was pronounced dead by medical staff.

The army also targeted a photo-journalist covering the demonstration, shooting him in the knee with a rubber-coated steel round, he was treated by medics on the scene.

Sources confirmed that at least 20 protesters were injured with rubber-coated steel rounds, two were struck with teargas canisters, five suffered from falls while being pursued by soldiers, and 31 people suffered the effects of teargas inhalation.

Hundreds of Palestinians participated in the funeral procession for the father of five, which began at Rafidia hospital and headed towards the slain victim’s home, Quds News Network reported.

Shawkat Khaled Awad

July 29, 2021: Shawkat Khaled Awad, 20, was killed by Israeli soldiers who opened fire at the funeral procession of the slain Palestinian child, identified as Mohammad Moayyad Bahjat al-‘Allami, 11, in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in southern occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health has reported that Shawkat was participating in the funeral procession when he was shot and critically injured with live rounds in the head and abdomen and succumbed to his serious wounds.

Awad was very close to the body of the slain child, posing no threat to the soldiers when the army opened fire at the funeral procession.

A video of the funeral procession shows a large group of Palestinian men, some of whom are carrying the child’s body, as the army opens fire, forcing the mourners to run for cover while carrying the slain child’s body.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has reported that at least twelve of the mourners were also shot with live rounds, including Awad, who subsequently died from his critical injuries.

On July 28, 2021, the Israeli army opened fire at the al-‘Allami family vehicle at the entrance to Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, striking Mohammad Moayyad Bahjat al-‘Allami, 11, in the chest, he was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his critical wounds.

Mohammad Moayyad al-‘Allami

July 28, 2021: Mohammad Moayyad al-‘Allami, 11, was killed by Israeli soldiers at the entrance of Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources in Hebron said the soldiers fired live rounds at a car his father was driving in Abu Toaq area, at the entrance of Beit Ummar, seriously wounding the child, before the medics rushed him to the al-Ahli hospital, in Hebron, where he succumbed to his severe injury.

The Palestinian News & Info Agency (WAFA) said the child, Mohammad was a six-grade student at Beit Ummar Basic School.

Nasri Sabarna, the Mayor of Beit Ummar town, said the father was driving with his son and daughter after they went grocery shopping; they bought bread, vegetables, and potato chips.

Sabarna added that the father then made a U-Turn trying to get to the shop before Israeli soldiers stationed nearby started shouting at the car and ordering him to stop before one of the soldiers opened fire at the car wounding the child in the chest.

The child later succumbed to his serious wounds, while his father and sister were not injured in the incident.

The Palestinian Education Ministry issued a statement denouncing his murder and called on all related human rights groups to intervene and end the escalating Israeli crimes against the unarmed Palestinian people, especially the children.

In related news, Israeli soldiers dug the grave of a deceased Palestinian newborn baby girl, just a few hours after her family buried her at the graveyard in Beit Ummar. The soldiers took the corpse out of the grave and placed it on the ground, before leaving the area.

Sabarna said that the Town Council contacted the family to informed them of what the soldiers did and to conduct the burial ceremony again.

Shadi Omar Salim Shorafa

Shadi SalimJuly 27, 2021: Shadi Omar Salim Shorafa, 41, was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers near Beita Junction, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus. The incident led to protests, where Israeli soldiers injured at least 49 Palestinians.

Palestinian sources said Shadi was shot when the soldiers ambushed him at the junction of the town and fired live rounds at him.

They added that the soldiers took the seriously wounded Palestinian away, before declaring that he died from his wounds.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers were hiding in an olive orchard near the road when they ambushed the man and opened fire at him.

The Palestinian oversaw water resources at Beita Town Council. He was heading back home from work when the soldiers shot him.

It is worth mentioning that the soldiers also ambushed and abducted four young men, near Sbeih mountain, and took them to their military post on its top.

The soldiers also fired gas bombs and rubber-coated steel bullets at Palestinians in Beita town park, near Sbeih Mountain, after stopping dozens of residents and cars and forcing them to leave the area.

The attacks led to protests in the area before the soldiers shot and injured 49 Palestinians on Sbeih Mountain near Beita.

Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Nablus, said the soldiers injured 49 Palestinians, including one, identified as Taha Hamayel, 24, who was shot with a live round in the leg and a rubber-coated steel bullet in the head.

Medics rushed Hamayel to a hospital in Nablus; his condition was described as serious but stable.

Jibril added that most of the injured Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation and received the needed treatment at the scene.

Yousef Nawwaf Mohareb

Yousef MoharebJuly 26th, 2021: Yousef Nawwaf Mohareb, 17, died of wounds he suffered after Israeli soldiers shot him in the neck near Ramallah, in central West Bank, 74 days earlier.

Medical sources stated that Yousef Nawwaf Mohareb, 17, from Abwein town, north of Ramallah, was shot with a live round in the neck after Israeli soldiers invaded the town and fired live rounds at protesters.

They added that the teen was shot with live rounds in the fifth and seventh vertebrae.

Naji Hamad, the head of Abwein village council, said the teen was rushed to Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, where he underwent an urgent surgery and remained

in an extremely critical condition at the Intensive Care Unit until he succumbed to his wounds.
