October 30, 2016: Khaled Ahmad Ekhlayyel, 25, was killed by Israeli army fire after he reportedly rammed soldiers with his car, mildly wounding three. The soldiers fired many live round at his car seriously injuring him, and he bled to death after Palestinian medics were prevented from approaching him. Khaled was from Beit Ummar town, near Hebron.
