Nisreen Ahmad
August 23, 2014: Nisreen Ahmad, 36, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired missiles at homes in Deir al-Balah city, in central Gaza.
Nisreen was killed along with her child, Hussein Khaled Ahmad, 8, while several Palestinians were injured, some seriously, in the Israeli bombardment.
The Israeli army said it was targeting one of the fighters of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
Twelve Palestinians were killed on the same day, and dozens were injured while many homes were destroyed. Nisreen was from Deir al-Balah. Source: IMEMC

August 23, 2014: Hayat Abed-Rabbo Abu Dahrouj, 49, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired a missile from a fighter jet at the house of Shehda Abed-Rabbo Abu Dahrouj, 68, in the Zawaida village, close to the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.
Hayat was killed along with her brother, Hayel, 28, and his wife, Huda, 27, in addition to their sons, Abdullah, 3, and Abdel-Hadi, 18 months.
Two children, identified as Mohammad Suleiman Abu Dahrouj, 10, and Abdel-Hamid Suleiman Abu Dahrouj, 8, suffered serious injuries, while several nearby homes were also damaged. Hayat was from Zawaida village in central Gaza. Source: IMEMC
Huda Abu Dahrouj
August 23, 2014: Huda Mohammad Abu Dahrouj, 27, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired a missile from a fighter jet at the house of Shehda Abed-Rabbo Abu Dahrouj, 68, in the Zawaida village, close to the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.

Seba Rami Younes
August 21, 2014: Seba Rami Younes, 4, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired nine missiles from their war jets targeting the home of Nasser Hussein Kullab, and nearby homes, in Canada area, in Tal al-Sultan, west of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Seba was killed along with her grandmother Amal Ibrahim Younis, 53, grandfather, Hasan Hussein Younis, 79, in addition to ‘Aiysha Imsail Attiyya, 63, Mohammad Abu Shamala, 40, Ra’ed al-Attar, 40, Mohammad Barhoum, 45, and Abdel-Fattah Abu Sleimeh who died from his wounds on September 10, 2014.
Also among the killed Palestinians was Nazera Kullab, 41, in addition to her sons Ahmed, 17, Yousef, 15, and Abdullah, 11.
Medical sources in Rafah said at least 54 Palestinians were injured in the attacks, including 22 children and 16 women.

August 19, 2014: Wafa’ Hussein al-Dalu, 48, was killed by six Israeli missiles fired at the three-story house of her husband, Rabah al-Dalu, 51, in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City, where eight members of al-Dalu family lived, along with two families who were renting apartments in the same building that was turned into rubble, and many nearby homes and buildings were damaged.
Wafa’ was killed along with Wedad Mustafa Daif-Asfour, 27, Wedad’s infant son, Ali, 7 months, her daughter, Sara, 36 months, and her two teenage sons, Ahmed, 19, and Mustafa, 13.

Wedad, who was the wife of Mohammad Daif, the leader of Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, was killed along with her infant son, Ali, 7 months, daughter, Sara, 36 months, in addition to Rabah’s wife, Wafa’ Hussein al-Dalu, 48, and their two sons, Ahmed, 19, and Mustafa, 13.
