November 9, 2016: Ahmad Mustafa Zeid, 44, died from serious wounds he suffered in 1992, after Israeli soldiers invaded the al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of Ramallah, and clashed with local youths who hurled stone at their vehicles. November 3, 2016: Ma’an Nasser-Eddin Abu Qare’, 23, was killed by Israeli soldiers at a bus station near Ofra Israeli settlement, northeast of Ramallah, in the West Bank, after he reportedly attempted so stab soldiers. The Palestinian bled to death after the soldiers prevented Palestinian medics from approaching him. Ma’an was from al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiyya village, northwest of Ramallah. Source: IMEMC
October 31, 2016: Mohammad Turkman, 25, was killed by Israeli soldiers close to Beit El settlement and security center, near Ramallah in the West Bank, after he opened fire at Israeli soldiers and wounded three, one seriously.
The Israeli army said the soldiers shot and killed the Palestinian, after wounding three of them, one seriously, at the Beit El road block.
The army added that the soldiers, manning a military tower close to the Annexation Wall, at the entrance of Beit El, came under fire from the Palestinian officer, before shooting him dead.
The officer has been identified as Mohammad Turkman, 25, from Qabatia town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
Palestinian medical sources said Turkman bled to death after the soldiers denied him medical attention, and prevented Palestinian Red Crescent medics from reaching him.
The Israeli ambulance provided the needed treatment to two wounded soldiers and moved them to hospitals in Israel.
Following the shooting several armored Israeli military vehicles invaded a fuel station, and a coffee shop, in the al-Baloa’ nearby area, in al-Biereh city.
The soldiers confiscated surveillance tapes and equipment, and fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs at local youngsters who hurled stones on the invading forces.
The army also declared Ramallah a closed military zone, and closed all military roadblocks leading to the district, in addition to installing several additional roadblocks.

October 20, 2016: Khaled Bahar Ahmad Bahar, 15, was killed by Israeli soldiers in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the southern part of the West Bank. The child was shot with a live round in the chest, and the soldiers delayed local medics who rushed to provide him with the needed medical attention. Source: IMEMC
October 20, 2016: Mahmoud Jamal Jouda, 23, was shot in the spine by Israeli soldiers flying a helicopter over Ramallah during protests in 2007, when he was 14 years old, the bullet caused paraylsis and various health complications that eventually lead to his death while receiving treatment at a Palestinian hospital in Jerusalem after his leg was amputated. October 19, 2016: Raheeq Shjei’ Yusef, 19, was killed by Israeli soldiers at the Za’tara military roadblock, south of Nablus in the northern part of the West Bank, after she allegedly attempted to stab a soldier. Nasser Jawabra, the head of Aseera ash-Shamaliyya Local council, said that Raheeq had no political affiliations and was married to a Palestinian man who lives in the United States. October 11, 2016: Ali Atef Shiokhi, 19, was killed by Israeli army fire in Silwan town, in Jerusalem, after the soldiers invaded it. The young man was shot with a live round in his pelvis, and bled to death as Palestinian medics were prevented from reaching him after the soldiers closed the town and stopped them. September 30, 2016: Naseeb Abu Mazer, 28, was killed by Israeli soldiers at the Qalandia terminal, between Jerusalem and Ramallah, after the army claimed he pulled a knife and stabbed a soldier causing a moderate injury. Eyewitnesses said the young man was left bleeding with no medical attention for an hour and died from his wounds. Naseeb was from Kafr Aqab village in Jerusalem. Source: IMEMC
September 20, 2016: Issa Salem Tarayra, 15, was killed by Israeli soldiers at a military roadblock near Bani Neim town, east of Hebron, after the soldiers claimed he attempted to stab them. Eyewitnesses said he stepped out of a car and started walking to avoid a traffic jam. The Israeli army prevented Palestinian Red Crescent medics from approaching him, and he died of his wounds.
