Hussein Khaled Ahmad
August 23, 2014: Hussein Khaled Ahmad, 8, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired missiles at homes in Deir al-Balah city, in central Gaza.
The child was killed while several Palestinians were injured, some seriously, in the Israeli bombardment.
The Israeli army said it was targeting one of the fighters of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
Twelve Palestinians were killed on the same day, and dozens were injured while many homes were destroyed. Hussein was from Deir al-Balah. Source: IMEMC
