Ma’an Abu Qare’
November 3, 2016: Ma’an Nasser-Eddin Abu Qare’, 23, was killed by Israeli soldiers at a bus station near Ofra Israeli settlement, northeast of Ramallah, in the West Bank, after he reportedly attempted so stab soldiers. November 3, 2016: Raed Fuad Hijja, 38, was shot in the head by Israeli soldiers invading Nablus city, in the northern part of the West Bank in 2002, and remained in a very serious condition until he died from his wounds on November 3, 2016 at a Palestinian hospital. Mohammad Turkman
October 31, 2016: Mohammad Turkman, 25, was killed by Israeli soldiers close to Beit El settlement and security center, near Ramallah in the West Bank, after he opened fire at Israeli soldiers and wounded three, one seriously.
The Israeli army said the soldiers shot and killed the Palestinian, after wounding three of them, one seriously, at the Beit El road block.
The army added that the soldiers, manning a military tower close to the Annexation Wall, at the entrance of Beit El, came under fire from the Palestinian officer, before shooting him dead.
The officer has been identified as Mohammad Turkman, 25, from Qabatia town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
Palestinian medical sources said Turkman bled to death after the soldiers denied him medical attention, and prevented Palestinian Red Crescent medics from reaching him.
The Israeli ambulance provided the needed treatment to two wounded soldiers and moved them to hospitals in Israel.
Following the shooting several armored Israeli military vehicles invaded a fuel station, and a coffee shop, in the al-Baloa’ nearby area, in al-Biereh city.
The soldiers confiscated surveillance tapes and equipment, and fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs at local youngsters who hurled stones on the invading forces.
The army also declared Ramallah a closed military zone, and closed all military roadblocks leading to the district, in addition to installing several additional roadblocks.

October 30, 2016: Khaled Ahmad Ekhlayyel, 25, was killed by Israeli army fire after he reportedly rammed soldiers with his car, mildly wounding three. The soldiers fired many live round at his car seriously injuring him, and he bled to death after Palestinian medics were prevented from approaching him. Khaled was from Beit Ummar town, near Hebron. October 20, 2016: Khaled Bahar Ahmad Bahar, 15, was killed by Israeli soldiers in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the southern part of the West Bank. The child was shot with a live round in the chest, and the soldiers delayed local medics who rushed to provide him with the needed medical attention. Source: IMEMC

October 20, 2016: Mahmoud Jamal Jouda, 23, was shot in the spine by Israeli soldiers flying a helicopter over Ramallah during protests in 2007, when he was 14 years old, the bullet caused paraylsis and various health complications that eventually lead to his death while receiving treatment at a Palestinian hospital in Jerusalem after his leg was amputated. October 19, 2016: Raheeq Shjei’ Yusef, 19, was killed by Israeli soldiers at the Za’tara military roadblock, south of Nablus in the northern part of the West Bank, after she allegedly attempted to stab a soldier. Nasser Jawabra, the head of Aseera ash-Shamaliyya Local council, said that Raheeq had no political affiliations and was married to a Palestinian man who lives in the United States. October 12, 2016: Abdullah Nasser Abu Medhyef, 10, was killed by Israeli army fire when soldiers stationed across the border fence opened fire onto an area east of al-Qarara town, northeast of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army issued a statement denying any involvement in the shooting, while eyewitnesses and the ministry of health confirmed the shots came from the Israeli side. Source: IMEMC
