August, 25, 2014: Amneh Raddad Tanboura, 13, was killed by Israeli missiles that struck their home and nearby homes in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, her brother Ahmad, 15, and their father, Raddad, 36, who was a municipal worker conducting repairs near the home, were also killed. Rawia Ibrahim Jouda
August 24, 2014: Rawia Ibrahim Mohammad Jouda, 43, was killed by a missile fired by an Israeli drone targeting the house of Issam Mustafa Jouda, located near the Al Shora mosque in Tal Al Za’tar neighborhood in Jabaliya, in the North Gaza district. Rawia was killed along with her four children.
The victims were identified as follows:
- Rawia Ibrahim Mohammad Jouda (43) Issam’s wife
- Tasneem Issam Jouda (14) His daughter
- Raghad Issam Jouda (12) His daughter
- Mohammad Issam Jouda (8) His son
- Osama Issam Jouda (6) His son
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Issam stated that his family was sitting in their garden while he was inside the house when he heard the sound of a loud explosion. He added that he saw heavy smoke and dust covering the garden. When he went to the garden he saw the bodies of his wife and four children torn into pieces.

Ra’ed Subhi Al-Attar
August 21, 2014: Mohammed Hamdan Barhoum, 45, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired nine missiles from their war jets targeting the home of Nasser Hussein Kullab, and nearby homes, in Canada area, in Tal al-Sultan, west of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
The three-story, 200 square/meter Kullab family home was inhabited by two families of fourteen members, and was destroyed by the Israeli missiles, while six nearby homes were severely damaged.
The Israeli strikes led to the death of twelve Palestinians in these targeted homes; three of them were leaders of Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas. Among the slain Palestinians were four children and three women.
Medical sources in Rafah said at least 54 Palestinians were injured in the attacks, including 22 children and 16 women.
Mohammed was killed along with along with ‘Aiysha Ismail Attiya, 63, Ra’ed Subhi Al-Attar, 40, in addition to Nazera Ramadan Kullab, 41, her sons Ahmed, 17, Yousef, 15, and Abdullah, 11, Hasan Hussein Younis, 79, his wife Amal, 53, their granddaughter, Seba, 4, Ra’ed al-Attar, 40, Mohammad Barhoum, 45, and Abdel-Fattah Abu Sleimeh who died from his wounds on September 10, 2014.
Resident Abdel-Fattah Hussein Abu Sleimeh, 72, was mortally wounded and died from his wounds on September 10, 2014.
At least 72 Palestinians, including more than 15 children were killed by Israeli missiles and shells that day, in various parts of the Gaza Strip. Mohammed was from Rafah. Source: IMEMC, Mezan Center for Human Rights

August 23, 2014: Hussein Khaled Ahmed, 7, was killed by an Israeli missile fired at the at the four-story house of Ali Abdul-Jawad Mheisin, 67, behind Yaffa Hospital, in Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza, also leading to the death of his mother, Nisrin, 38, and a woman, identified as Suheir Abdel-Karim Abu Middin, 43. About 70 Palestinians lived in the house, and rushed out of the building after an Israeli drone fired a smaller warning missile at the building, but within seven minutes the Israeli air force fired a big missile, destroying the building, along with a nearby house. Mohammad al-‘Ejla
August 23, 2014: Mohammad Saber al-‘Ejla, 64, was killed by Israeli missiles fired at a home in Johr ed-Deek area, in central Gaza.
The Israeli missiles caused damage to many homes and led to the injury of at least seven Palestinians.
Mohammad’s body was buried under the rubble of his home, and was later found by residents, civil defense members and firefighters, who rushed to the bombarded buildings.
Twelve Palestinians were killed on the same day, and dozens were injured while many homes were destroyed. Mohammad was from Johr ed-Deek. Source: IMEMC
