September 9, 2016: Abdul-Rahman Ahmad Dabbagh, 15, was killed by Israeli soldiers who shot him with a live round in the head, east of the al-Boreij refugee camp in central Gaza, after the soldiers, stationed across the border fence, opened fire on protesters. September 5, 2016: Mustafa Nimir, 26, was killed by Israeli soldiers who invaded Shu’fat refugee camp, northeast of East Jerusalem, and opened fire at a Palestinian car, killing him, and seriously wounding his cousin Ali Nimir, 28, after the soldiers claimed they attempted to attack them, and later admitted killing Mustafa by mistake. August 26, 2016: Eyad Zakariyya Hamed, 36, was killed by Israeli soldiers in Silwad town, east of Ramallah in the West Bank. The soldiers claimed he approached a military roadblock and refused to heed to their demand to stop, and that he “opened fire at the post.” The army later retracted its allegation and confirmed the man was unarmed. August 25, 2016: Sari Mohammad Abu Ghrab, 26, was killed by Israeli soldiers near Nablus, in the northern part of the West Bank, just two months before his planned wedding. The soldiers claimed he exited a car that was being chased by an army vehicle and tried to stab an Israeli soldier, but photos from the scene show Sari still seated in the vehicle. Source: IMEMC
August 16, 2016: Mohammad Yousef Abu Hashhash, 19, was killed by Israeli soldiers who invaded the al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron in the West Bank, and conducted extensive searches of homes. The soldiers also shot and injured at least fifty-nine Palestinians during clashes with locals. Mohammad was from al-Fawwar refugee camp. Source: IMEMC
July 31, 2016: Rami Awartani, 31, was killed by Israeli soldiers near the Huwwara military roadblock, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, after they alleged he ran towards them carrying a knife, while Palestinian eyewitnesses said the several soldiers shot him in the chest after dragging him out of his car. July 27, 2016: Mohammad al-Faqeeh, 29, was killed by Israeli soldiers in Surif town, northwest of Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, after the army fired missiles into a home before bulldozing it.
