January 16, 2017: Qussai Hasan al-‘Amour, 17, was killed by Israeli soldiers who invaded Teqoua’ town, southeast of Bethlehem in the West Bank, and clashed with local youths before shooting the teen with six live rounds, including three in the chest. One of them hit his heart directly.
Video taken by Hisham Abu Shaqra, a Palestinian journalist who works for the Turkish Anadolu News Agency, shows the soldiers dragging Qussai’s body in a rough manner back to their military jeeps. Palestinian medics were prevented from approaching him. Israeli soldiers also shot and wounded four Palestinians, including a woman, while many others suffered the effects of teargas inhalation.
