February 26, 2016: Mahmoud Mohammad Ali Sha’lan, 16, was killed by Israeli soldiers near the settlement of Beit El after the army claimed he was carrying a knife and attempted to stab soldiers. Mahmoud, a Palestinian with US citizenship, was from Deir Dibwan town east of Ramallah. Source: IMEMC
