August 23, 2014: Hayel Shihda Abu Dahrouj, 28, was killed by Israeli soldiers who fired a missile from a fighter jet at the house of Shehda Abed-Rabbo Abu Dahrouj, 68, in the Zawaida village, close to the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.
Hayel was killed along with his wife, Huda, 27, their two sons, Abdullah, 3, and Abdul-Hadi, 18 months, in addition to his sister, Hayat, 49.
Two children, identified as Mohammad Suleiman Abu Dahrouj, 10, and Abdel-Hamid Suleiman Abu Dahrouj, 8, suffered serious injuries, while several nearby homes were also damaged. Hayel was from Zawaida village in central Gaza. Source: IMEMC
