March 17, 2016: Ali Abdul-Rahman al-Kar, 19, was killed by Israeli soldiers near Ariel Israeli settlement in the northern part of the West Bank, after the soldiers shot him, along with Ali Jamal Taqatqa, 19, when they reportedly stabbed and a soldier, inflicting moderate to severe wounds. The soldiers prevented Palestinian medics from approaching them, causing them to bleed to death. Ali was from Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem. Source: Electronic Intifada
