July 30, 2014: Abdel-Karim Nazmi Balata, 1, was killed by Israeli shells and missiles that targeted various areas in northern Gaza, including Beit Hanoun and Jabalia, leading to his death along with his parents, brothers and sister, and grandparents. 41 Palestinians, including 17 children, were injured, in the bombardment that destroyed twenty homes and a mosque.
